Your privacy on BLOOMBIT

When you create an account we collect your email, username, display name, password (stored securely as a hash), and any profile details you choose to add such as a bio, avatar, or linked artist pages.

We also store the content you upload — tracks, drum kits, artwork, comments, likes, and follows — along with basic technical data like device and browser information used to keep the platform running.

Your information is used to operate BLOOMBIT: to host and display your music, power your profile and dashboard, deliver notifications, process BLOOM+ subscriptions, and review Artist and verification applications.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your uploads to train AI models — BLOOMBIT is a human-only music zone.

Your username, display name, avatar, bio, public tracks, drum kits, and any approved artist links are visible to anyone who visits your profile.

Your email address stays private by default. It is only shown on your profile if you explicitly turn on the "Show email on profile" setting.

Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text, and sessions are signed and secured. Payment details entered during checkout are handled by our payment provider, not stored on BLOOMBIT.

While no online service can promise perfect security, we take reasonable steps to safeguard your account and information.

We use cookies strictly to keep you signed in and to remember essential preferences. These are required for the platform to function.

We use lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics to understand overall usage and improve BLOOMBIT. We do not run invasive third-party ad tracking.

You must be at least 13 years old to use BLOOMBIT. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we learn that an account belongs to a user under 13, it will be removed in line with our Terms of Service.

You can edit your profile, change your privacy settings, and control notifications at any time from your account settings.

You may delete your account, which permanently removes your profile and associated content such as tracks, kits, comments, likes, follows, and linked artist pages.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as BLOOMBIT grows and adds new features.

When we make meaningful changes, the updated policy will be posted here. Continued use of the platform means you accept the latest version.
