The rules of BLOOMBIT
BLOOMBIT is an audio-hosting, non-AI website created by pxiqzes, made for producers, musicians and artists to host and share their work.
Because this is a site built by an underground producer, everyone who uses it must follow the rules below. Using BLOOMBIT means you agree to these terms.
Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use BLOOMBIT. Being underage is not permitted, and accounts found to belong to users under 13 will be banned with no second chances.
To make purchases, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, ask a parent or legal guardian for help completing any purchase. Purchases are gated and will not be allowed without a verified date of birth showing you are 18 or older.
No AI-Generated Music
BLOOMBIT is a human-only music zone. AI-generated music is not allowed.
AI-generated uploads will be deleted. Continuing to upload AI music after a takedown may result in a ban.
Multiple Accounts
Between one and three accounts per user is allowed on BLOOMBIT.
If a user is proven to operate more than three accounts, or any bot accounts (no matter the number), that user will be banned.
False Reporting
BLOOMBIT takes reported issues seriously, so reporting is reserved for genuine problems.
Users caught mass-reporting a song simply because they dislike it will be banned. Do not abuse the report system.
Your Own Music, Please
BLOOMBIT is a zone for uploading music you created yourself, or re-uploading your own existing releases from platforms where you published them.
Stolen or copyrighted music that is not yours will be taken down, and the user responsible may be banned.
Respect the Community
Treat other producers, musicians and artists with respect. Harassment, hate speech, threats, and targeted abuse have no place here.
BLOOMBIT is an underground space built for creators — keep it welcoming for everyone who shares their sound.
Account Security
You are responsible for your account and the activity that happens on it. Keep your login details private.
Attempting to access other users’ accounts, or interfering with the platform’s security, is prohibited and may result in a ban.
Enforcement & Appeals
Breaking these rules may lead to content deletion, account suspension, or a permanent ban, depending on the severity and history of the violation.
Banned users will be signed out and blocked from signing back in. If you believe a decision was made in error, you may reach out — but repeat or serious violations carry no second chances.
These rules may be updated as BLOOMBIT grows. Continued use of the platform means you accept the latest version.
